Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Products must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Common Return Situations

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or has a quality issue, we will gladly send you a free replacement at no extra cost.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong color, size, or product due to our mistake, we will send the correct item free of charge.

Change of Mind

If you simply changed your mind and no longer want the product, you may return it. Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Missing Items

If something is missing from your order, please contact us and we will send the missing item as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect address was entered by the customer and the package cannot be delivered, we cannot guarantee a refund. However, we may offer a discount on a replacement order depending on the situation.

How to Request a Return

  • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Pre-order items

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the package and product

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery

We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
